Overview of Services

Our aim is to provide cost-effective and time-efficient access to cutting-edge genomic technologies and expert assistance with MANAFEST Assay experimental design and execution, next generation TCR beta DNA sequencing and bioinformatics data analysis. The core has been in continuous operation since May 23rd, 2019 and has supported research projects for principle investigators in the Department of Cancer Immunology, and has processed more than 1200 samples. Our lab is equipped with a single-molecule real-time PCR machine, Tape Station, Qbit, as well as the Illumina iSeq 100 next-generation sequencer for short reads. We ensure a full service experience for our clients, starting with project design, all the way through data analysis, figure generation, and publication. We encourage our clients to meet with us before beginning any projects to ensure the most accurate and efficient results. From T cell culture, antigen stimulation, and nucleic acid extraction through analysis, we are your one stop shop for FEST assays and TCR beta sequencing.

We’re excited to announce that we now offer the new immunoSEQ® human TCRB Assay from Adaptive Biotechnologies. This quantitative and scalable immunosequencing solution supports a broad range of experimental questions and gives you the flexibility to work with any T cell containing sample type, including FFPE derived DNA. Your sequencing data is delivered through the immunoSEQ Analyzer, a secure cloud-based suite of powerful, yet easy-to-use bioinformatics tools. Our immunoSEQ Research Account Manager is available for experimental design consultations, data walk throughs, and immunoSEQ Analyzer software demos and training. immunoSEQ is For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
