Helium Reliquifier Service Center

Condensed matter physicists and astronomers in the department use liquefied helium to create extremely cold research conditions (often just a few degrees above absolute zero). The helium liquefier within Bloomberg Center creates a stable and affordable supply of liquid helium for the department.
